How do you deliver your sales coaching and training?

  • Sales coaching is generally delivered during 1-2-1 sessions focused on improving areas of an individual’s performance. The goal to enable them to build confidence and achieve more and better than before.
  • Sales training is delivered to groups or teams. Before training is delivered, we will hold a discovery call to understand what you would like to achieve including the training and for me to understand the products and services you provide including any obstacles you are currently experiencing and of course what good looks like to you. This enables me to put together a session that meets all of your specific needs.

What approach do you take sales and selling?

  • Often people working in sales are so focused on selling a product or service they miss vital buying signals from customers. I like to focus on the idea that I am motivating someone to buy, and I am not trying to sell. 
  • The best way to do this is to adopt the Doctor Psychology. I need to understand your pain so I can provide/prescribe a solution and remove the pain. By understanding a customer’s needs you can encourage them to buy effectively, taking the sales out of selling.
