2026 Will be a year full of both optimism and challenges. But as always with whatever is going on in the World the part of your life you can truly control is how you choose to respond to the World around you. When love meets Menopause – A talk and workshop for men who want to support their partners through a new chapter in their relationship
A workshop built from a soon to be released guide.
This workshop is built from my point of view, as a husband, and as a man, trying to make sense of a chapter I didn’t and will never fully understand.
Menopause can feel like a confusing chapter, one that sneaks up without a handbook. But behind the symptoms and silence lies an opportunity for deeper connection, understanding, and mutual growth.
This workshop is an invitation to show up with empathy, curiosity, and courage. Blending heartfelt insight with practical tools, it empowers you to support your partner not just through the physical changes, but through the emotional terrain that often goes unspoken.
You will discover:
- Reflective prompts to deepen communication
- Practical ways to stay emotionally present
- Guidance for navigating intimacy, mood shifts, and identity
- Stories and strategies that make the abstract feel human
This is never about speaking over my wife’s (or indeed any ladies experience). Her journey through menopause is her own, deeply personal and often challenging in ways I’ll never fully grasp. This is just my way of showing up, learning, stumbling, and doing my best to support her with love, patience, and presence and the opportunity to share this with other husbands who would live to be present for their wife.
There will also be a range of group coaching and training available with popular sessions on
