
Choosing your attitude is something we get to do each day
Here is something I have found to be true.
Choosing how we choose to view things can make a massive difference to how we feel each day.
🥛 Glass half empty, glass half full?
What’s good and what is bad?
Both are always available.
It just starts to come down to what we choose to look for.
👉 Do I look for all the good things around me?
👉 Or do I look for the bad?
When you focus on the bad — guess what you see?
When you focus on the good — that’s what surrounds you.
Your outlook becomes happier,
You feel more positive,
And you’re better able to deal with the tough stuff,
Because your mind is in a better place.
When you start looking for good things, you begin to feel grateful for all you have.
And again, you tend to realise how lucky you are.
